Shipping, returns & policies

Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–3 working days. Standard tracked delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days for UK addresses. International shipping times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong with your delivery, get in touch and we'll sort it.

GripSkinz Grip Sleeves:

1. Measure your GripSkinz Grip Sleeves against your existing grips to ensure they are the correct length. If slightly too long, lay the GripSkinz flat and use scissors to cut to length.
2. Remove your bar-end weights or caps, then lightly wet the inside of the GripSkinz with very weak soapy water, work them over the existing grips until fully seated, and let them dry.
3. Refit any parts you removed, check that the GripSkinz sleeves are secure and don't move, and you're ready to ride!

We recommend using only very lightly soapy water; the less, the better. If you encounter any issues, drop us a message, and we can provide some more advice.

GripSkinz Shock Cover:

With the bike on the stand, unzip the Cover and wrap it around the shock body, zipping up to create a snug fit.

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping the item back and we'll confirm the return address and process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
